What is your production process? 

Our Tender Steak Bites come from purebred Berkshire boneless pork loins. With some careful trimming to ensure our perfect fat-to-lean ratio, we are ready to grind. After grinding, we are left with a perfectly consistent and tender product. Unlike other jerky products, you will not find any grease or hard-to-chew gristle in our Tender Pork Steak Bites. Once we grind, we then get to add in our secret recipe seasoning that gives us our famous flavor. Next, we form out the strips and then pop them in the smoker. Our smoker utilizes Real Wood to give it a real smoke flavor. We never cheat by adding artificial smoke flavors. Finally, we slice into bite size pieces and package our steak bites to be shipped straight to your door!
