Where do you ship?
We ship almost exclusively with the United States Postal Service. This allows us to put some of the best snacks around on your doorstep anywhere that USPS can deliver.
How long will it take to receive?
We package and ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship standard shipping to minimize added shipping expenses. Delivery times range depending on your location. Please reach out to us directly for priority shipping options.
How do you package our orders?
We package in durable bubble mailers (larger volumes may be boxed). This helps to minimize any damage to products in transport and ensures you have a fresh, delicious product at your doorstep.
At Work 'N' Walter Farm, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer refunds for items that are damaged or missing from your order. If you experience any issues, please follow the steps below:
Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please email us at Kadinwalter556@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged item.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Your order number.
- Details about the missing item.
Once we receive your email, we will review your case promptly and issue a refund if applicable. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.
